It seems that every nonprofit presents a new and different knot to untangle. Typically, we are brought in to assist in fundraising. It may be that you need a Fund Development Plan written. Or, you may need help with a special event. Perhaps it's a capital campaign or annual appeal that baffles you. Often, after conducting an initial assessment, we find there are other issues at play that are preventing you from raising the most money that you can. It could be the lack of a highly influential board of directors, or maybe you have not engaged your constituency effectively, and they are not volunteering or giving. Maybe you just need to launch some grant writing efforts.
