Mission
Our
mission is to provide nonprofit organizations a wide range of services and
tools in order to help them blend their mission with organizational
efficiency so that they become high performing, high impact organizations.
Our
Services
We
work
to
support
those organizations that need help the most, but cannot afford
it – charitable organizations, such as nonprofits and churches. The
organizational design is what makes this concept work: one person shared
among a limited number of organizations, who each receive a highly
experienced specialist and problem solver, at a fraction of the cost.
Our desire is
to be able to begin
recruiting future specialists, directly from the ranks of our client organizations themselves. This will
provide an opportunity for those most needing support to have a hand-up by
creating a sustaining lifestyle they would not normally be able to achieve.
This concept is known as social entrepreneurship, and we plan to be on the
cutting edge of this new development.

 Our
PRINCIPAL
 Joseph J. Morrison,
Jr. is
responsible for
fundraising and
development,
strategic
planning and social
media
consultation and
services as well as
the overall
administration of
the company to
effectively
implement our
mission.
Mr.
Morrison began his professional career with the Boy Scouts of
America in January, 1985.
Among other
positions, he has
served as Executive
Director of
Interfaith Housing
Development
Corporation of Bucks
County, Deputy
Director,
Administration and
Finance for Habitat
for Humanity of
Bucks County and now
is CEO of Raiser
Sharp Consulting.
Mr. Morrison has
worked with numerous
boards and
nonprofits,
including serving as
Board Chairman for a
nonprofit he
founded.
